The university accepts transfer of credit hours for Undergraduates and Graduate programs at the University. Its open for all those who wish to transfer from other recognized Universities or equivalent Institutes of Higher Learning to the University of Health Sciences (UOHS). In general, UOHS accepts credits earned at higher institutions of learning fully accredited by the ministry for Higher Education.

The following is required

• The High School Certificate

• 2 color passport size photograph

• a copy of birth certificate.

• Students must submit official transcripts of completed courses, with detailed course descriptions, taken at an accredited university and including verification of the credit hours and grades achieved before the admission deadline.

• Courses from which a student wishes to transfer must have been substantially the same in both content and quality as the University course to which he or she is transferring.

 Interested Students are supposed to complete and submit a formal Request to the UOHS admissions office with required documents stated above.

 Once all requirements are fulfilled the evaluation for credit transfer will start and the student will be contacted if any additional information is required.

 The transfer of credit evaluation process will take approximately 2 weeks from the time the request is submitted at UOHS, Therefore students who aim to join a particular intake should take into consideration this duration so that it does not impact on their anticipated enrollment

 Once the evaluation process is complete, students will be notified in person about the results through the contacts provided

 UOHS reserves the right to accept, reject or make any recommendation about the credit transfer request
