Position Summary

The University seeks qualified and motivated Lecturers/Senior Lecturers who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality academic instruction within their respective fields. Successful candidates will receive ongoing training in modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools. The role includes teaching, research supervision, participation in university-wide initiatives, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical training
• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and strategic support to students
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
• Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Participate in departmental meetings and staff development
• Engage in community outreach and university service activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
• At least 3 years instructional or professional experience
• Excellence in communication skills, oral and written
• Strong use of modern learning techniques and digital tools
• Professional certification/licensing (added advantage)
